Description
This contract is for the complete replacement of the West 16th Pump Station and force main located at 2321 W Mill Plain Boulevard, Vancouver, WA. The work includes removal of existing infrastructure, construction of a new submersible pump station with a new 40 feet deep and 10 feet in diameter wet well, abandonment of the existing force main, construction of the new force main and other work. The contract term is approximately 2 years, and the contract value is $1,688,168.00 USD. The contractor is required to provide insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, commercial automobile liability, workers' compensation, and pollution legal liability. The contract also includes provisions for payment, dispute resolution, and termination.
