On-Call Professional Services FY24-FY29

The City of Prescott has entered into an On-Call Professional Services Agreement with Quality Testing, LLC for Geotechnical Engineering services. The agreement is for a term of one year, with the option for four one-year extensions. The maximum contract amount is $100,000 per fiscal year. The services to be provided include geotechnical design and engineering services, materials testing, and inspection services. The City will provide information regarding requirements for the project, and the vendor will be responsible for coordinating the services and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • The agreement includes a detailed scope of work, including the services to be provided and the standards to be followed. • The vendor will provide a project-specific scope of work, task and fee estimate, and project schedule for each task order. • The City will provide payment for the services based on a monthly progress report and detailed invoice. • The agreement includes provisions for changes to the work, payment, and termination. • The vendor will be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records of all services provided. • The agreement includes provisions for intellectual property rights, with the City owning all intellectual property rights in and to all documents, work product, and other materials delivered under the agreement.
