Landscape Maintenance for Deputy Brandon Coates Park

This contract is for landscape maintenance services for Deputy Brandon Coates Park in Orange County, Florida. The contractor, P & L Lawn Maintenance, Inc., will provide all labor and resources necessary to maintain the park, including mowing, trimming, and pruning. The contract has a term of one year, with the option to renew for up to three years. The total amount to be paid by the COUNTY under this Contract for services is $62,940. • The contractor will provide landscape maintenance services, including mowing, trimming, and pruning. • The contractor will maintain the park's irrigation system and report any damage to the Performance Administrator. • The contractor will remove all grass clippings and debris from the park. • The contractor will provide a monthly invoice to the COUNTY for services rendered. • The CONTRACTOR shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the COUNTY, its officials, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, suits, judgments, demands, liabilities, damages, cost and expenses.
