This contract is for xeriscaping (phase 2) of the WSU main campus. The contract was awarded to Terra Works Inc. for a total of $884,372.00. The contract is a one-time purchase, but WSU reserves the right to purchase additional products based upon this bid for up to 120 days after the initial purchase. The successful bidder must provide a 100% payment bond and a 100% performance bond before the start of work may begin. • The contract is subject to the Utah Procurement Code and WSU's Policies and Procedures. • The contract includes a mandatory pre-bid meeting and a five percent bid bond is required of all bidders. • The contract has a detailed description of the procurement items being sought and allows the bidders to provide their bids. • The contract includes a list of buyer attachments, including the terms and conditions of the IFB, technical specifications, and a campus map.
