The contract is for communications support training for Harris County Precinct 1 & 4. The selected firm, Spitfire Strategies, LLC, will provide training and support to help advance the goals and objectives of the Precinct. The services include working with Precinct leadership to gain a deeper understanding of the Precinct's strategic goals, communication objectives, and programmatic priorities. The firm will also develop message guides, communications materials, and strategic communication plans.
