The City of Allentown is seeking a qualified and experienced professional firm to provide a complete analysis on the City undertaking the operations or portions of the operation of the Allentown Parking Authority. The selected vendor will be required to provide a complete cost assessment and operational impact of returning to the City some or all of the current responsibilities of the Allentown Parking Authority. The key aspects of this contract include: • Providing a complete analysis of the City undertaking the operations or portions of the operation of the Allentown Parking Authority • Conducting a complete cost assessment and operational impact of returning to the City some or all of the current responsibilities of the Allentown Parking Authority • Submitting proposals online through Public Purchase • Including a scanned copy of the Bid Bond as stated in the RFP • Completing and uploading other required forms to Public Purchase.
