Request for Qualifications - City Hall Predesign and Master Plan

The City of Richland, Washington is requesting statements of qualifications from engineering/architectural consultants for predesign and master plan services for a New City Hall facility. The predesign is to develop a scope and preferred alternative in preparation for design in 2016. The New City Hall will replace the current facilities, including City Hall, Development Services Center, and Administrative Annex.
