CONS-PONCEADA/2 (REBID OF PONCE ADA IMPROVEMENTS)

The City of Punta Gorda is seeking a contractor to furnish and install all materials to perform ADA Improvements to Ponce Park in Punta Gorda, FL. The project is funded by a Community Development Block Grant. The contractor shall be experienced in performing the scope of work in accordance with the specifications and meet all minimum qualification requirements. The pricing proposed shall include all labor, fuel, transportation, insurance, equipment, materials, and all other incidentals to complete the scope of service. • The contractor shall transfer the total bid lump sum amount from the Schedule of Values, Document #F2012109E1. • The contractor shall submit only one submittal package in response to this solicitation package. • The City will not accept nor consider alternate submittal packages proposing additional or different services and/or commodities. • The contractor shall state exactly the item they intend to furnish and attach product specifications, brochure, or literature or a website link to define the product proposed.
