GoTriangle is seeking a Construction Manager‑at‑Risk (CMAR) to oversee the design‑assist, pre‑construction, and construction phases of a major expansion/renovation of its Nelson Road Bus Operations & Maintenance Facility in Durham, NC. The CMAR will act as the prime contractor, develop a preliminary and final Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), and ensure continuous bus‑depot operations throughout a phased construction schedule.
