Description
The City of South Jordan is seeking a construction company to provide services for the 1000 West Roadway Improvement project. The project includes the construction of sidewalks, curb and gutter, storm drain, asphalt treatment, and stripping, as well as the construction of ADA pedestrian ramps, relocation of water meters, installation of a fire hydrant, electric conduits for Rocky Mountain Power, and irrigation improvements. The contractor is expected to complete the work within 90 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. The City anticipates that a Notice to Proceed will be given at the end of February 2025.
• The project requires the construction of new roadway improvements at 1000 West between 10190 South and Charlotte Dr.
• The contractor must examine the RFP carefully to become thoroughly familiar with all conditions and requirements that may affect the work to be performed under the contract.
