This contract represents a rebid solicitation for a two‑day, statewide conference hosted by Cuyahoga County’s Division of Children and Family Services. The awardee will provide a venue with multiple breakout rooms (30‑person capacity each), a large keynote/lunch space, storage, and a staff headquarters, all media‑ready (projector, screen, speakers, internet, charging stations) and located preferably on the same floor. In addition, the contractor must supply full catering (breakfast, lunch, and evening snack) for approximately 200 participants each day, with specific menu items and setup times. The vendor must also meet extensive insurance requirements (workers’ comp, commercial general liability, automobile liability, umbrella, professional liability, cyber‑risk) and submit mandatory post‑award documentation (insurance certificates and IRS Form W‑9).
