Design and Construction Administration of the Recreation Center Green Roof Project

The California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo is seeking the services of a licensed architect to assist with the Recreation Center Green Roof Project. The project involves designing and constructing a green roof, and the selected respondent will enter into a professional services agreement with the University. The scope of services includes program confirmation, schematic, construction documents, bidding, and construction phase. The anticipated construction cost is $2,900,000.00. • The project is expected to start in October 2018 and end in October 2020. • The University is looking for a firm with verifiable experience in designing and constructing green roofs. • The selected firm will be required to provide a conceptual construction estimate and assist with the submission of a Capital Outlay Budget Change Proposal (COBCP) to the California State University Chancellor's Office. • The firm will also be required to provide a copy of their presentation on a USB flash drive after their interview.
