GSU - Pinestraw and Hardwood Mulch applications.

The contract is for the provision of pinestraw and hardwood mulch applications at the GSU Perimeter campuses. The contract is expected to include two applications per year, with the first application starting between July 21 and August 21, and the second application starting no sooner than March 15th and completing by April 15th of each year. The contract is valued at approximately $170,777.66 to $216,331.00, depending on the vendor. The scope of work includes the application of pinestraw and hardwood mulch to approximately 750,000 square feet of area, with the goal of adding aesthetic value, conserving water, reducing weeds, and creating a habitat for beneficial organisms. • The contract is a result of an electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) process. • The contract is subject to the terms and conditions of the State of Georgia. • The contract is expected to be awarded to one or more qualified vendors. • The vendors are expected to provide the necessary equipment, materials, and labor to complete the work. • The contract is subject to the availability of funds and may be terminated or modified at any time.
