Description
The Carriage House Sewer Replacement project involves the construction of approximately 190 linear feet of 4-inch schedule 40 polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sanitary sewer service line and 200 linear feet of 6-inch SDR 7 HDPE sanitary sewer service line. The project also includes connections to existing down spouts, traffic control, asphalt and concrete surface restoration, temporary construction fencing, landscape restoration, and retrofitting an existing irrigation system. The contract was awarded to LJS Concrete and Excavating for a total bid amount of $187,956.00.
• The project is located at Trail End State Historic Site, 400 Clarendon Ave., Sheridan, WY 82801.
• The bid submission deadline was April 1, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
• A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting was conducted on March 12, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. MT.
• Bidding questions were to be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 11:00 a.m. MT on March 18, 2025.
