Description
The Nebo School District is seeking a qualified and licensed General Contractor to construct a two-story classroom addition at Maple Mountain High School in Spanish Fork, Utah. The addition will have approximately 18,700 new square feet and will include 13 new classrooms, a ceramics lab, and two science classrooms. The project aims to seamlessly integrate the new classroom addition into the existing school infrastructure by expanding current systems, including fire sprinkler, electrical distribution, fire alarm, intercom, telecom, security, and audiovisual systems. The estimated cost of the project is around $9 million. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
