On-Call Professional Services FY24-FY29

The City of Prescott has entered into an On-Call Professional Services Agreement with Matrix New World Engineering for a term of one year, with the possibility of four one-year extensions. The agreement is for the provision of professional services, including environmental engineering and hydro-geological engineering services. The scope of work includes the preparation of detailed scopes of services, attendance at project meetings, preparation of estimates of probable cost, and provision of post-design services. The contract has a maximum amount of $500,000 per fiscal year, and payments will be made based on monthly progress reports and detailed invoices.
