Description

The City of South Jordan is seeking proposals from consultants to complete a feasibility study for a water reuse project. The study will evaluate the potential for direct potable reuse (DPR) and develop a water market value impact study. The consultant must have experience with potable reuse projects, drinking water regulations, and Utah State regulations. The scope of work includes developing a water market value impact study, evaluating methods for creating and accounting for water rights, and evaluating less energy-intensive water treatment technologies. • The consultant must have at least five years of experience with potable reuse projects. • The consultant must have experience with drinking water regulations and Utah State regulations. • The consultant must have completed at least one feasibility study for a direct potable reuse water project. • The study will enable a substantially more robust analysis relating to project rationale and justification work. • The City of South Jordan reserves the right to award the bid in full or in part. • The City of South Jordan reserves the right to reject any bid if it is not in the best interest of the project or the City.
