Right-of-Way Consultant Services

The Town of Miami Lakes issued a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Right-of-Way Consultant Services. The services may consist of acquisition services, business damage analysis, business damage claims negotiations, relocation assistance, relocation assistance review, property management administration, preparation of suit information and lawsuit packages. The services shall be in accordance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisitions Policies Act of 1970, as amended, and other applicable laws and regulations. The evaluation committee final ranking form lists HDR, Engineering, Inc. and The Urban Group, Inc. as the top two ranked vendors. • The RFQ was issued on October 23, 2020, and the bid submission date was November 20, 2020. • A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference was held on November 4, 2020. • The contract documents include the RFQ, pre-proposal conference sign-in sheet, addenda, and the contract itself.
