SVC-LANDMAINT/1213/2 REBID Landscape Maintenance Services

The City of Punta Gorda is seeking a qualified, licensed, and experienced contractor for landscape maintenance services. The service locations are categorized into two groups: FDOT service areas and non-FDOT service areas. The contractor will be required to perform the scope of work in accordance with the specifications and meet all minimum qualification requirements. The pricing proposed shall include all labor, fuel, transportation, insurance, equipment, materials, and other incidentals to complete the scope of service. • The contractor must have the appropriate State of Florida license to perform the services proposed. • The contractor must obtain the "Florida-Friendly Best Management Practices for Protection of Water Resources by the Green Industries" certification by May 2013. • The contractor shall submit only one submittal package in response to this solicitation. • The City will not accept nor consider alternate submittal packages proposing additional or different services and/or commodities.
