Sunflower Park Improvements

The Town of Prescott Valley is seeking bids for the construction of the CIP #CP2305 – Sunflower Park Improvements. The work consists primarily of providing Improvements to Sunflower Park, with the base bid including new 6’ ADA sidewalk, trenching and installing 3” PVC electrical conduit, and clearing/grubbing, setting subgrade and paving additional space for expansion of the parking lot. Two bid alternates are present on this project, one being the installation of parking lot and landscape curb, the other alternate being the procurement and installation of LED solar parking lot lights. • The contract includes the construction of a new 6’ ADA sidewalk • The contract includes the installation of 3” PVC electrical conduit • The contract includes the clearing/grubbing, setting subgrade and paving of additional space for expansion of the parking lot • Two bid alternates are present on this project • The contract is for the construction of the CIP #CP2305 – Sunflower Park Improvements
