The City of Punta Gorda is seeking a qualified and certified roofing contractor to repair the leaks at the City's Water Treatment Plant Chlorine Room Roof. The project includes furnishing all labor, fuel, transportation, insurance, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to complete the scope of work. The contract was awarded to CRM South Roofing Solutions. Key aspects of the project include: • The project is expected to begin 21 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) or Purchase Order (PO) and be completed 30 calendar days after NTP. • The contract includes a product warranty period of at least 15 years and a service warranty period of at least 5 years. • The payment terms include a 1% discount for check payments and a 2% discount for credit card payments, with a net 45-day payment term.
