Purchase and Delivery of Portable Electric Vehicle (EV) Charger

The City and Borough of Juneau, Finance Department, Purchasing Division issued an RFQ for the purchase and delivery of a portable electric vehicle (EV) charger. The contract was awarded to Cummins Inc, who was deemed the lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting all requirements. The contract requires the delivery of one 60 kW mobile/portable DC fast charger that is compatible with the City's fleet of Gillig Electric Buses. The charger must meet specific technical specifications, including a minimum enclosure rating of NEMA 3R and a minimum 1-year factory warranty.
