PB Conflict Engineer

This contract provides the Township of Barnegat’s Planning Board with a dedicated Conflict Engineer on a time‑and‑materials basis for the full 2023 calendar year. CME Associates supplies a licensed professional engineer (or qualified associate) to attend Board meetings, review subdivision and site‑plan proposals, advise on permits and certificates, testify in quasi‑judicial proceedings, and prepare reports or studies as directed. Compensation is based on hourly rates for various staff levels plus reimbursable expenses and a 10‑15 % markup on sub‑consultant costs.
