The City of Roseville is seeking a contractor to design, manufacture, test, deliver, and install a 60/12.47 kV, 28/37.3/46.7 MVA, oil-filled, three-phase, low-noise power transformer with automatic load tap changer. The contract may be extended for the purchase of additional units within a year or four years of the initial unit. The contractor must have a manufacturing facility within the United States. The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any proposal or in the proposal process.
