Description
The Nebo School District is soliciting competitive pricing from qualified vendors to purchase chillers for a mechanical system upgrade at three schools. The chillers must be delivered to each school by July 18, 2025. The contract will be awarded based on price, quality, date of delivery, and other specifications. The district's standard terms and conditions for goods and services will apply to this purchase.
• The chillers must be air-cooled multiple scroll compressor chillers.
• The chillers must be delivered to three separate locations: Westside Elementary, Spanish Oaks Elementary, and Goshen Elementary.
• The vendors must provide warranty and maintenance documents.
• The vendors must include the cost of freight and delivery in their bid.
• The district reserves the right to disqualify or remove any submitted product/bid from review if it is deemed not equivalent.
