Shade Structures

This contract is a cooperative purchasing agreement between the Town of Fountain Hills and Shade Structures, Inc. dba USA Shade & Fabric Structures for the provision of pre-engineered fabric shade structures. The contract has a term of one year, with the option to renew for up to four successive one-year terms. The contract is an indefinite quantity and indefinite delivery agreement, with the Town not guaranteeing any minimum or maximum number of purchases.
