The City of Spokane’s Wastewater Maintenance department issued RFQ 5646-22 for the supply of standard‑design wastewater access frames, covers, catch‑basin frames, and grate guards in accordance with City Standard Plans A‑12, A‑13, B‑2C, and B‑3C. The contract required compliance with Buy America provisions, and the preferred vendor needed to deliver items within 20 business days after receipt of order (with an alternative 150‑day lead time option). D&L Supply Co, Inc. was awarded the contract with a total quoted price of $149,057.50 (including 9 % sales tax). The scope includes 100 locking frames with “SEWER” labeling, 100 non‑locking “SEWER” frames, 50 non‑locking “STORM” frames, 25 catch‑basin frames with directional‑vaned grates, and 25 grate guards. Partial deliveries are permitted as requested.
