Description
The Family Resource Network Expansion contract aims to connect families in Riverside County with resources and services by placing a Family Resource Network Specialist in community settings. The specialist will link high-risk pregnant women and families to existing clinic-based and community-based supports. The contract will be awarded for up to $100,000 per fiscal year for a maximum of 4 years. The successful vendor will participate in an annual review of the scope of work and budget in support of FRC Network Expansion goals. Key aspects of the contract include:
