This three‑year contract requires the vendor to supply and manage natural‑gas procurement for RRWRD’s treatment plant, meeting 100 % of the district’s gas needs while using the district’s 99,000‑therm storage capacity. The contractor must provide three per‑therm rates (for usage below, within, and above the contracted quantity), keep the price unchanged for the entire term, and invoice RRWRD monthly.
