Youth Continuum of Care Program

The County of Fresno is seeking a vendor to provide a Youth Continuum of Care program, which includes Full-Service Partnership (FSP) and Intensive Case Management (ICM) services for youth ages 11-18. The program aims to provide specialty mental health services to youth with moderate to severe impairment and a diagnosable Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). The contract is pending Board approval and will be awarded to the most responsive and responsible bidder.
