Retaining Wall Repair (Harold and Northgate)

The City of Olathe, Kansas, is seeking bids for the repair of a retaining wall located at the northeast corner of Harold and Northgate. The work consists of repairing approximately 1925 square yards of exposed face of the gravity wall composed of limestone block and mortar, replacing 200 linear feet of slope drain, 100 linear feet of privacy fence, and restoration. A satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder or an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid for work, shall be submitted with each proposal.
