CODE COMPLIANCE LOT MOWING

The City of Palm Bay is requesting proposals for code compliance lot mowing services, which includes improved and unimproved lot mowing. The contractor will be responsible for removing materials normally encountered or created by mowing maintenance activities. The contract may result in multiple awards, and the contractor will be paid only for properties that are actually cut. The city estimates that the contractor will cut around 800 improved and unimproved properties per year.
