Generator Repairs at the Dubuque Maintenance Garage

The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the removal of a damaged charge air cooler/radiator from a generator at the Dubuque Maintenance Garage and replacement with new parts. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose submission is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, considering cost and other factors. The work shall be according to the approved design and under the direct supervision of the Iowa DOT. • The contract term is estimated to start after award and end on May 23, 2025. • The Iowa DOT will provide a list of items requiring inspection prior to or during installation. • A site visit is recommended, and any questions that arise during the site visit must be emailed to the Purchasing Agent or submitted through the Q&A Board. • Tax exemption certificates will be provided upon request, and Davis-Bacon wages do not apply.
