Grant Writing Support Services

The Montana University System (MUS) is seeking to develop a roster of approved contractors to provide grant writing support services for federal grant opportunities. The contractors will provide advice, information, technical assistance, or grant writing or grant proposal review support. The MUS is looking for vendors that can assist with developing successful submissions to the US Department of Education's ETS and EOC competitions in FY 2025. The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors, and the MUS reserves the right to award additional contracts to the selected vendors for similar services. The RFP includes a scoring matrix that evaluates the vendors' proposals based on their scope of services, references, equal pay for Montana women, cost proposal, and other criteria.
