Description
This contract covers comprehensive upgrades to Wayne State University’s Harwell Field (softball) and Gary Bryce Field (baseball). The work includes demolition of existing field components, extensive grading and site preparation, installation of storm‑water drainage infrastructure, wall‑padding installation, new fencing, irrigation upgrades, turf replacement (in‑field skin and out‑field sod), and related site‑cleanup and safety measures. The project also provides a series of optional alternates (e.g., full in‑field skin replacement, netting back‑stop, new vinyl fencing, bull‑pen re‑orientation, and tree planting) that bidders may price separately.
