CONS-LINEARPK2 (Construction of Linear Park 2)

The City of Punta Gorda is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary to complete the construction of Linear Park Phase II. The contractor shall be responsible for completing the work in accordance with the specifications and meeting all minimum qualification requirements. The pricing proposed shall include all labor, fuel, transportation, insurance, equipment, materials, supervision, administration, and all other incidentals to complete the scope of service. • The contractor shall provide a total bid lump sum amount for the base plan and optional add items from the Schedule of Values document #F2012111E1. • The contractor shall submit only one submittal package in response to this solicitation package. • The City will not accept nor consider alternate submittal packages proposing additional or different services and/or commodities. • The contractor shall attend one of the scheduled mandatory site visits. • The contractor shall download and read the Solicitation Document F2012111D, which is attached below, and complete and submit the Bidder's Response Form included in the F2012111D prior to the established due date and time.
