25-0139 Professional Development Consultation and Training Services

This contract is for professional development consultation and training services, with the goal of providing a suite of consultative services that align with the State's strategic leadership development strategy. The contractor will provide a core leadership development program, with a focus on experiential learning, self-discovery, and action learning. The services will be delivered through various formats, including classroom and virtual delivery. The contract has a term of one year, with the option to renew for an additional year. The contract value is estimated to be less than $50,000. • The contractor will provide training and professional development services to state agencies, boards, and commissions, as well as participating state cooperative members. • The contractor will provide a detailed training plan, including a statement of work, course objectives, and deliverables. • The contractor will provide assessments and evaluations to test participants' achievement of the stated learning objectives. • The contractor will provide a certificate of completion for each participant. • The contractor will provide a finalized outline and masters of all materials necessary to perform the proposed services.
