This contract is for the design and construction of a new three-story Main Fire Station in Lebanon, New Hampshire. The project includes demolition of the existing fire station and construction of a new 24,500 square foot facility with a four-bay apparatus floor. The contract is valued at $17,000,000 and is expected to be completed by December 2025. The scope of work includes architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services.
