Tree Mortality Program Project #37

The County of Calaveras is seeking sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, tax, bonds, insurance, permits, premiums, shipping, transportation, services, disposal, equipment, materials, and appurtenant facilities for qualified Licensed Timber Operators (LTO) and/or C-61/D-49 certified Tree Service Companies (TSC) to provide Tree Mitigation services. The services requested will include all operations related to the safe, legal, efficient cutting of dead and/or dying trees, selective removal of trees and treatment of associated slash and debris that pose a hazard to County infrastructure. The contract was awarded to Joe's Logging, Inc, Kingsborough Atlas, Tree Surgery Inc, ArborWorks, LLC, and Oneto Tree Service. • The contract is for Tree Mitigation services in the project areas defined in the attached Exhibit A – Project Area Location (Maps). • The services requested will include all operations related to the safe, legal, efficient cutting of dead and/or dying trees, selective removal of trees and treatment of associated slash and debris that pose a hazard to County infrastructure. • The contract was awarded to multiple vendors, including Joe's Logging, Inc, Kingsborough Atlas, Tree Surgery Inc, ArborWorks, LLC, and Oneto Tree Service. • The contract has a grand total lump sum amount of $64,563.00, $70,700.00, $107,621.10, and $79,072.00 for each of the vendors respectively.
