IT Credentialing and Privileging Software Application

The Multnomah County Health Department’s Integrated Clinical Services (ICS) division is seeking a credentialing and privileging software application to manage the credentials and privileges of approximately 400 medical service providers. The application should provide a cloud-based, full-service solution with features such as automated verification tools, privilege management, and electronic file management. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible supplier with the highest scoring proposal. • The proposed solution must be able to support 300+ providers • The proposed solution must provide a cloud-based full-service credentialing and privileging application • The proposed solution must provide functional access control with role-based permissions • The proposed solution must store provider applications and all other supporting documents within the system • The proposed solution must support expirable tracking of credentials and privileges with preset configurable alert notifications
