GYMNASIUM LIGHT FIXTURES

This contract is for the furnishing and delivery of gymnasium light fixtures to the Department of Parks and Recreation Maintenance Division, County of Hawaii. The contract was awarded to Suxess Inc. with a total price of $24,995.80. The scope of work includes the delivery of 50 gymnasium light fixtures, with a unit price of $462.00 per fixture. The contract also includes estimated shipping costs of $1,895.80. • The contract is for a single order of LUX products with a billable value of $5,000.00 or greater. • The selection of shipping company is at the sole discretion of LUX. • Additional costs for customer-requested split shipments, inside delivery charges, notification charges, residential delivery charges, job site delivery charges, hydraulic tailgate charges, other special freight or service charges, shall be the customer’s responsibility. • The total price includes estimated shipping costs of $1,895.80. • The contract includes terms and conditions as outlined in the attached documents.
