The City of Goodyear has entered into a contract with Vigilant Solutions, LLC for the provision of license plate readers and commercial data. The contract includes the use of Vigilant's Law Enforcement & Security suite of software products, including CarDetector, LEARN, PlateSearch, and FaceSearch. The contract has a term of 7 years, with the option to renew, and includes a service fee of $44,410.60.
