New and unused, most current model available Airless Truck Mounted Striping machine

The contract is for the purchase of one Airless Truck Mounted Striping machine, with a total cost of $202,962.00. The machine is to be provided by Vogel Traffic Service, Inc. dba EZ Liner, and includes various features such as a 2022 Isuzu Model NPR-HD 14,500# GVWR gas cab/ chassis, a 2021 EZ Liner Model TS-AL220 paint body, and Graco Model 238-377 airless paint guns. The contract also includes provisions for bonds, shipping, and delivery. Key points of this contract include: • The machine must be capable of applying 4" to 6" retro-reflective lines of varied adjustable widths and spacing between the lines from 0 to 4". • The machine must be capable of paint application speeds from 4 to 7 mph. • The machine must be capable of over the road speeds up to 55 mph minimum. • The unit shall be equipped with a front mounted, laterally adjustable pointer guide assembly. • The unit shall be equipped with a manual override for each solenoid at each gun carriage. • The system shall provide for bead gun delay to fully cover the paint line. • A six (6) digit, digital reset, footage meter capable of measuring actual feet of line applied shall be supplied for each spray gun position.
