Viewpoint Drive Stormwater Channelization Improvements, Spouse to Manley, Phase 3

The Town of Prescott Valley is seeking bids for the construction of the Viewpoint Drive Stormwater Channelization Improvements, Spouse to Manley, Phase 3. The project consists of excavation, installation of culverts, and replacement of pavement. The contract documents and plans can be obtained from the Prescott Valley website or by contacting the Public Works Department. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference was held on December 5, 2017. The bid opening was on December 18, 2017. • The project includes excavation of approximately 530 feet of flood control infrastructure • Installation of 364 linear feet of 6-barrel culverts • Replacement of 548 square yards of disturbed pavement • Realignment of three sewer services • Installation of a mitered headwall inlet and outlet • Seeding and turf reinforcement mat installation • Quality control and erosion control measures
