Description
This contract is for environmental sampling and consulting services, awarded to various vendors through a competitive bidding process. • The contract is open-ended, meaning that the County of Bergen is not obligated to order, accept, or pay for services except when it orders them.
• The contract is subject to compliance with the Affirmative Action Regulations of the State of New Jersey and requirements of Public Law 1975, Chapter 127, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
