FY2016 Sidewalk Improvements

The City of Duncanville awarded a contract to KEN-DO CONTRACTING, L.P. for the FY2016 sidewalk improvements project. The contract amount is $356,215. The project includes the construction of approximately 5,000 linear feet of sidewalks and 1,500 linear feet of decomposed granite trail, including associated street and landscaping repairs. The contractor is required to execute and submit the Standard Form of Agreement, performance, payment, and maintenance bonds, and the Acord Certificate of Insurance within 10 calendar days after receipt of the notice of award.
