RFP #15-03 Office and Instructional Supplies

The Wichita Falls Independent School District is seeking bids for office and instructional supplies. The contract term is one year, from September 1, 2014 to August 30, 2015. The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The successful bidder will be required to abide by the terms and conditions of the bid invitation. The bid includes various items such as pencils, pens, chalk, and other office supplies. • The bid includes a list of items with specifications and quantities. • The district requires that all deliveries be freight prepaid F.O.B. destination. • The bid includes a list of documents that must be submitted by the vendor, including a felony conviction notice, certification sheet, non-collusion sheet, spec sheet, and conflict of interest questionnaire. • The district reserves the right to rescind the contract at the end of the fiscal year if funding is not available.
