Description
The City of Lebanon has entered into a professional services agreement with KV Partners LLC for technical assistance with the 2023 Paving Program. The scope of services includes reviewing the City's current paving program, attending a pre-construction meeting, reviewing submittals, and visiting the site periodically to observe the progress and quality of the work completed by the contractor. The agreement has a total lump sum fee of $4,750.00 and is set to expire on May 2, 2024. The City and the consultant agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations in connection with the performance of the consultant's obligations under this agreement.
• The agreement includes provisions for payment, termination, and dispute resolution.
• The consultant shall provide all services and materials required to perform the tasks described in the scope of services.
• The City shall pay the consultant a total of $4,750.00 as provided in the consultant's proposal.
• The agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice.
• Any disputes arising out of or relating to the agreement shall be resolved through direct negotiations, mediation, or arbitration.
