Notice of Intent to Sole Source – University of South Carolina

The University of South Carolina is issuing a sole‑source contract to Johnson Controls, Inc. for the replacement and upgrade of its building automation system across residential facilities. The scope includes swapping 313 outdated field controllers with new Metasys M4 Series Controllers, programming, commissioning, integration with existing Metasys network infrastructure, functional testing, database migration, UI/graphics updates, and on‑site training for university personnel.
