10 Year Comprehensive Plan Update

The City of Richland, Washington, is seeking consulting services to assist in developing a 10 year update of the City's comprehensive plan. The update is required by RCW 36.70A.130(5)(c) and the City's goal is to complete the update by May 31, 2017.
